Steel enclosure is completed
A protective steel enclosure is erected around the proud old engine, provided directly by private contributions and goverment funding.  Completely protected from the blazing sun and rust inducing rain, the locomotive sits on display for all to enjoy.  A celebration is held at the depot site.  The task force, its mission accomplished, is dissolved.
